1 - Manix Stock System .

Manix supplies Franchises with stock at it's showrooms . The Franchisee has the freedom to choose from that collection , including quantity , designs, colors, sizes . The franchisee can use bankers reference and pay Manix within 6 months of purchase . The franchisee has only to cover the daily costs of 10% of sales as royalties .

Manix has enough stock to satisfy the demands of all franchises . The franchisee does not have to worry about what to buy and how to organize it.

The stockholding shops are linked to Manix via modem which allows constant control of the stock in each shop.

2 - Franchise conditions and locations

               Outlet 

            Prominent location , on main streets or shopping center .

                   Sales area of at least 200 m (2) , more than 25 % storeroom 

         In urban areas with a minimum population of 60,000 .

                    Interior design exclusively by Manix .

                Advertising  

                   Manix gives 1000 catalogues of each  edition to each shop .

                The franchisee invests 5% of the turnover in advertising (in addition to 10% in Royalties).

 

                 Financial Terms and conditions :                     

Entry Fee : U.S.$ 50,000. This includes the services of a team of : window dresser every  15 days . Cash register   technician , supervisor, merchandiser stockroom controller and , for a period of 1 month , shop manager .

                   

 Royalties of 10 % of sales .

                        

Interior design is taken care of by Manix and financed by the franchisee  Approximately U.S. $495 m(2).This includes the exclusive design plan , furniture and furniture installation , flooring , lightning , TV's ,dummies , hangers , bags and stockroom materials ,alarm system , air conditioning or heating , cash registers , sound system , windows , signs etc .This does not include trips ,transport and opening kit etc .  

Transport of the merchandise is paid for by the  franchisee.

       Payment must be guaranteed by banker's reference .
